Shipping
What orders qualify for free shipping?
All subscription orders ship for free. One-time orders equal to or more than $45 will qualify for free standard shipping.
Do you offer expedited Shipping Options?
If you’d like to expedite your order, please select UPS 2-Day or UPS Next Day Air during the checkout process and note the additional shipping cost. (need to add this as a shipping option on the checkout). NOTE: Orders placed after 6 am PST on Fridays will ship out the following Monday. This includes any expedited shipping options.
What days do you ship?
We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 6 am PST Monday through Thursday (including expedited shipments) will roast and ship the following day. It may take 1-2 business days for your order to be picked up after your order is placed. Orders placed after 6 am PST on Fridays will ship the following Monday. This includes any expedited shipping options.
Do you ship internationally?
- At the moment, we do not ship internationally. We're working on it.
RETURNS
What's your return policy?
We aim to provide customers with the world’s best coffee and top-notch service. If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact us by phone or email to arrange a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
How long will my return take?
Once you’ve arranged your return or exchange with our team, you’ll receive a pre-paid return label by email. Print the label, and send the product back to us. We usually receive returns and exchanges within 7 business days. If you’re returning these items, you’ll see the refund processed 3-5 business days after we receive them.
ORDERS
Why can’t I pay with Apple Pay?
ApplePay only shows up as a payment option if you're using Safari as your browser. This payment option is not compatible with Chrome or Firefox browsers.
Missing Items
USPS delays can cause delays in transit times and sometimes orders arrive later than expected. If your order has not arrived within ten days after it was shipped, let us know and we will process a replacement order ASAP.
Damaged Items
For damaged shipments, contact us within seven days of receiving your order. If possible, please share a photo of the damaged item & box.
